This Acer USB 3.0 Fixed Docking Station includes USB AB and USB AC ports for the host controller (laptop input to the docking station) and a 12V PS -Adapter. can be plugged into the wall to power the unit, although this is not mentioned in the pictures or description. The quality is slightly better than, say, a Wavlink device and about the same as a Belkin Universal Dock. Surprisingly, it's made in Thailand (I prefer it to other more common electronics manufacturing regions). Supports dual HDMI with a maximum output of 1920 x 1080 at 60 fps. Includes multiple USB 2.0 and 3.0 outputs, an audio jack and a Gigabit RJ45 port. Very compact and lightweight for those looking for a clean and minimalistic desktop or workstation setup. Easy to use and set up (up and running in minutes). Supplied with detailed instructions. I've used this on a Windows 10 Pro laptop with no problems. Low latency and excellent response when connected. A good option for those who want to keep all ACER hallmarks for consistent compatibility. Slightly more expensive than generic products, but you can rest easy knowing that Acer's slim and thin products are the best.
