I wish I read all the reviews first. This non-Apple compatible product was a waste of time and money. The circle for holding the watch charger was fine, but the groove in the wood for holding the cable was utterly useless. The cable won't stay in place because the groove is too wide. This will cause the wire to stick out and become visible. The phone cord doesn't fit snugly anywhere and you're basically feeding the cord through from below with the wires showing from the side and back. When you plug in the 8-pin side, it should be hanging at the top of the stand where your phone will charge. What's the point? This is the worst design ever. I was hoping for a clean and tidy solution. It's not like this. It's actually better for having your watch and phone on the Surface and charging than that cheap piece of wood with wires dangling from the sides and back. Very disappointed. return for refund.
