I like that it is easy to navigate through all of my accounts at once from one dashboard! The layout could be more intuitive for beginners who are used to other platforms (like Intuit).
It's not as user friendly or simple when you have multiple users within your organization using different roles/accounts with their own unique permissions set up. If this was something we were able use internally then yes maybe there would be an easier way around having each person create separate dashboards however if they're already doing so externally than perhaps adding another layer might cause confusion? We've been working together now since 2013 but previously only had access via phone calls which wasn't ideal especially during busy times such as tax season where everyone needs help quickly & efficiently.
