I bought this because I have to work from home due to COVID, the packaging and box are excellent. Very easy to assemble, took about 15 minutes but the booklet could be better in some areas such as: B. the mounting method, especially for the palm rest.1. If the backrest of the seat cannot be fitted correctly, you have not fitted the armrests correctly. 2. Please install the wheels after assembling the whole chair. It's easier to keep the chair from moving when you operate it. It looks great, the color and cushion are amazing including the padding. There is a tilt, but not as expected, the seatback doesn't move but tilts from below. I know it's a nice feature to recline, but I'm happy with the price. I don't know how long it will last, but for $115 it's more than good. The only thing that bothers me is that the back is literally held on by 4 screws, 2 on each side, and has no other support.
