Cheap/breaks easily

VERY cheaply made. He is extremely spongy. My chinchilla broke it by jumping on it once. We didn't even set it up in 5 minutes. I don't know where it gets 4* from because anything bigger than a mouse breaks quickly. Save money and buy another shelf.
