High Output Power

The product is designed for 0.27 A and 5.5 V or 1.5 W. Actual performance in FL in full sun is only 1/2 that. Actual output current into a 40 ohm load is 0.1375A (138mA) while maintaining 5.5V or just 0.76W. Disappointed!
