These shorts are great for training, very comfortable and keep you cool. The fabric is very high quality and fits perfectly as expected. I'm giving it four stars because it doesn't have a zip pocket. I think every short workout has it. I can't hold my house key when I go to the practice. That's the only thing I don't like. I highly recommend this product if you don't mind that zip pocket. There are stitches on both sides and on the back. So he breathes. You can regulate the tension with a drawstring.
