First I just want to say how awesome! Customer service was with their product. I had ankle problems for a long time, but I wanted to get back into the sport. So what better than this product to help me. I measured my foot correctly to see the size I need. He said I need a very large size so I bought it. When I received it, it looked and felt very soft when put on, but it had to be lost. I called their customer service and they immediately sent me a new one! I did it in record time! And i love it!
