This is the most wonderful high neck pull-down faucet. Very easy to install. It is durable and convenient. I purchased it to update my kitchen to put my home up for sale. I love it so much that I purchased it for my new home as the total cost of the faucet and matching soap dispenser was about $68.00 vs. paying a minimum of $150.00 for a faucet at a home improvement store and $300.00 from my new home builder. Fabulous product, 2 day Prime shipping, and a great buying experience.

Great value and easy to install. The facuet is a little wobbly and finding the sweet spot between full blast and low is a little annoying (guess stiff lever handle?). No leaks or drips

Installed about a month ago. Sprayer feature quit working properly. Ended up returning it. I would not recommend buying this product as it is not durable. I replaced it after 7 months.

Great quality for the price. Have had this for several months now and once we were able to get it tightly secured to the granite, it has been a great faucet. Love the long neck extension for cleaning sink and filling coffee pot, etc.

This is a great faucet and It's not cheaply made. Great price. There is a common defect with the spray button. Mine stopped working after only using it for 6 weeks. Hopefully the manufacturer will correct this inconvenient flaw.

I have only had this for a few weeks and the switch on the head that changes it from stream to spray has stopped working. I removed the head to see if something had just become loose and found the strainer full of black plastic particles.

Great product! Pretty easy to install. Watch out for the blast of water it puts out, if you don’t have a deep sink, it’ll get everywhere!

This is a better faucet than the $200.00 one it replaced. It has a very solid feel when turning it on and off. The buttons on the head that control the flow pattern and allow you to stop the flow also feel very solid. The spray pattern and force are exceptional. You the spray is so forcefull in the scour mode that you might need to turn the water part way off to keep from getting splashed. It looks great. Was fairly inexpensive. But has a few short comingsThe hot water side has a lot more water pressure than the cold. Would be better if the neck was curved just a bit more so the water would flow downward instead of outward.

Exactly one day after my return window closed, two months ago, this faucet began to malfunction. Simple to install - unfortunately I kept it in the closet until I was ready to install it had a new sink put in and installed it - has been in use 3 months in a 2 person household and the spray option has already stopped working and it is also dripping after use - get what you pay for I guess - took a shot - and got burned

The faucet arrived quickly and had all the required parts for installation. The installation was straight forward and only took a few minutes to complete. Several reviews referred to there being a plastic threaded retainer ring that secures the faucet to the countertop. This has since been replaced with a threaded metal retainer which is much more durable. after 2 different Moen products, went to repair and broke plastic parts. the second, would not stay tight in mounting. then broke plastic part trying to tighten again! Purchased this on revain. Excellent product!Sturdy, well made no leaks and it stays put! Very easy to install. Very curtious to include adapter fittings. Finished product beautiful Many complements on my new faucet. Once you pull the nozzle it does not go back in place easily (the one I had before did). Also the buttons are really hard to press/hold and finally after you shut down the water it keeps dripping for a few seconds (very annoying). Again, the product I replaced didn't do any of those things, it was $40 more, so I guess you get what you pay for.
