The fabric didn't wow me but it's still very good. It's wrinkle resistant and feels just a little cheap. I will certainly wear it. It's a good shade of black, is breathable and holds up well during a long day of work. The back length is a little longer than the front so that was a bit off putting for me. However, if you have a casual job you can always just tuck the front in and leave the back out or if you have a more professional job, you could tuck the entire shirt in and no one will know.
