It is very useful for neuropathy in the legs
I liked the ice packs of different sizes that allowed me to cover all or part of my feet. My only complaint was that the thinness of the sock made the ice pack so cold it was bare. I fixed this by wearing regular socks to create a barrier against very cold ice packs. Works like a champ now.
