Excellent quality and very soft cotton. The size is true to size. I ordered two designs both 4t for my 3.5 year old boy. One set was true to size (with number 120 on the underwear) and the other set was slightly larger (with number 130). I'm assuming it's a shipping error, but in a way it worked for me. started out numbered 120 and will gradually use the next set as he gets older. They shrink a little after several washes, but don't fade. I will buy again
