The interface is extremely easy to use especially when compared with other exchanges like Binance which is very difficult to navigate. It's great that it supports Ethereum too. I would love if they added more fiat currency support as well but this shouldn't be an issue because of their partnership with Simplex. The customer service was also really good so far. Not much at all actually. Give it a try! It's worth giving a shot. A huge plus point is that it does not charge any transaction fees unlike many others out there.
