I have a 2022 Kawasaki KLR650. On my bike I have a large 47 liter Givi style pannier rack as well as 2 large 45 liter brackets on the sides. Then for the front, I have a set of windshield riser brackets that raise the windshield, and I also have a mid-length Touring V-Stream windshield that is much taller and wider than the factory windshield. Bike and along the front of the bike, including the fender. but doesn't go through the front wheel. The lid needs to be about 8 inches longer to accommodate both the front wheel and the entire tail including all 3 tail bags. I'm definitely not going to blame the lid for this as my 2022 KLR650 is in a configuration about the same size as you're going to get. I doubt the Harley Ultra is much bigger. fit in any of my backpacks along with my other essentials, and it should offer enough durability to last at least a couple of seasons. I will definitely use this cover even if I can't fit it on my front wheel and I will remember to come back here and update this review if I see that my expectations have changed from reality with this motorcycle cover . My expectations are actually quite high for this coverage actually because it really feels and feels like it's finished. pretty good and I suspect it will do exactly what I hope it will and it will be able to do it for a few years. Litter of my new Killer 650! It's time to ditch my old USGI rain poncho that has been my bike cover for the past 20 years.
