In all my years of dealing with suppliers I have seldom received such excellent support as from this Chinese company. At first I was suspicious, but now I'm convinced. I bought two encoders (H.264 and H.264/H.265) plus an H.264/H.265 decoder. I initially encountered some minor technical issues with the HDMI interface and admin page, but they quickly and efficiently provided me with a firmware fix and then offered real-time support (via TeamViewer) to resolve the remaining issues. I also asked them how I could get 3 'UK Type/Type G' power adapters and they agreed and offered to ship me 3 units for free! What great service! Now all blocks work perfectly in perfect HD quality. Great work, great quality, great service. Who could ask for anything else?
