I can't begin to tell you how much we needed this product! It saved not only our organization but hundreds if others across multiple states around California alone as well throughout America!! The price was an additional con because it's so expensive for what they do provide. They're literally saving us thousands each month by having better backups that ensure no data or system damage occurrs at all costs due too harddrive failures/rebuilds etc.. I like that it's very easy to use and also has many different options for backups. It's very easy to find out what file you need to back up and make sure it gets backed up. It's not as good at backing up files that are constantly being edited. It does take some time to learn how to make sure you're getting everything you need backed up. Definitely try it out. We have realized we no longer have any data loss problems.
