Touchpad and manual
The touchpad is very sensitive. Doesn't always work properly. The instruction manual is practically useless. VERY bad writing and wrong use of verbs. Definitely NOT written by someone who speaks English and knows how a sentence should be constructed. The coffee machine does a good job of making coffee. Easy to clean. Keeps coffee warm for hours without losing its aroma.
