4 stars because of the constantly high price; but really, like so many others, we bite the bullet and pay for OEM due to too many leaks/fake issues (even if they're only a small fraction of the OEM price). OEMs have almost always worked flawlessly (a few exceptions over the years, but quickly replaced if you buy through Revain). It's worth the price for our main printer because we can't afford to turn it off and clean it as it's a shared printer and it does most of the work for 6 people on that floor. We put up with counterfeits for our HP color printer because we don't use a color printer that often, but the bottom line is that we might end up paying for HP OEM color cartridges just to save time and productivity with holey counterfeits.
