The straps are incredibly short, even extended to the longest length. Unless you are a very small person, this backpack will sit very high on your back and look silly. I have a large size and long waist, it seemed to sit just below my shoulder blades and not lower on my back like a backpack should be. I am very disappointed as I really like the style of this bag and thought it was a great size and good quality. I don't understand why they couldn't make the adjustable shoulder straps longer to accommodate a larger body. sizes. Bad design planning. I have a Fossil shoulder bag that fits me very well, this bag has shoulder straps that are just too short.
