FreeStyle Libre but these HiRui wristbands work well either way. The "key" to these wristbands and what makes them superior to other similar wristbands is the non-slip silicone nub area inside the case. They have a bandage on my arm and above the elbow. My hands are 12.5 inches and 13 inches wide: To hold my phone or diabetic devices well, I use a medium size. This size ensures that the bracelet does not slip off. First I put on the strap and then add my iPhone 10 which is in the Otter Box (the phone in the first one works too). However, after a long day of wearing, the medium can squeeze my hand a bit and I have a template. Points on arm after removal. This can only be a problem if you wear it for more than 8 hours for diabetic devices or any other reason. To be able to hold my diabetic devices more freely, I use the Large size. The large case stays in place thanks to silicone beads. I use this bandage at home and when I sleep. It will still hold my iPhone on my arm. NOTE 1: I use either a Miao Miao elastic band or a 3D printed holder to hold the Miao Miao Bluetooth device over the sensor underneath the wristband. Without them, Miao Miao can fall out, especially in a looser plus size fit. NOTE 2: I use these bracelets for walking and low impact activities. I have not used these wristbands in activities where the content could be charged, such as B. Running or strong arm movements. However, the top lid pocket fully covers my iPhone 10, so I suspect the only issue, if any, might be the phone slipping rather than coming out. To be gentle, I wash them gently with detergent designed for delicate fabrics and hang to dry. I have all 4 colors of these straps, plus 4 medium and 2 large straps so I always have a clean strap. The colors are much stronger than in the pictures. Pink is a bright neon pink, yellow is a bright neon yellow, and blue is a deeper sky blue. The bracelets are well made and have two narrow pockets running almost the entire length of the strap and a large cell phone pocket. The latter also has a small opening with a well-protected edge through which wired headphones can be threaded. I'm not sure what the slim pouches are for, but I use them for my lip balm. Finally, I appreciate the reflective pattern on the phone case, which has withstood multiple washes and months of use while other brands have lost their appeal. reflective stickers for multiple uses. Overall I would highly recommend these bracelets to protect both your phone and diabetic devices. I have 3 other types and brands of bracelets and these fit me the best.
