Software for our daily operations of our business

The ability to view all aspects at once gives us an advantage in our daily decision making process as well give reports that are easy enough anyone we have out there could use them without much help from me! I wish it was easier than just clicking through each aspect but overall this is great software!! We were using another system before which had been around since like 2003 if not earlier (can't remember) but now with SLX its actually working quite good considering how old they claim their product/solution has become compared to new products coming up today.

Pros

All information together, no need for looking into different tabs or screens within one section instead everything can be viewed under 1 roof top tab so you get quick snapshots about what's going down throughout your entire business networked environment..its also very user friendly even when first starting off because every screen shows exactly where things should go.just read my previous reviews here too :) Great customer support team available 24 hours per day via email & phone calls !!!!
