Update! Tozo reached out and sent another watch. I have to save the first one too. Outstanding warranty service! Reply very quickly. The new clock works as it should! I am very satisfied and happy with this purchase! Tozo products are amazing at such an affordable price! I've seen comments about the error for the weight in pounds with a very low limit in the application, I haven't had this problem. The alarm works very well although it has a limit of 5 alarms that can be set from the phone, the step counter is very accurate, the touchscreen is very responsive and overall very easy to use as is the app. There are 9 dials to choose from, one of which is different from the one pictured (there is no patch of color but a very pretty blue flower which can be seen in the second picture). The notifications are pretty clear and I can read part of the message from the watch. I can also see the weather and temperature which is really cool! Can't comment on sleep tracking or battery life yet as this is my first night with it, will try to update in a few days. The only problem I've found so far is the find my phone option which made my phone ring and I had no way to stop it without making a call, the other person could hear, how he called. I had to turn my phone off and on again to get it to stop ringing and vibrating. I left this review just 2 hours after it was fully charged and started using it. I had to reset it twice towards morning, it became unresponsive and stopped tracking steps properly, and it doesn't track sleep properly either. It seems to have the potential to be a great product, but it needs work on its software.
