It works good but this is different than the ones I have purchased in the past. It connects faster but it needs to be almost on top of the phone while connecting. Not a problem if you know it. It seems to catch a fraction faster and more readily spins poke-stops more frequently. This charging device is the reason for the lower rating. It is a weak magnet holding a 2 prong charging device on it which can easily be misaligned or upside down and won't charge. It basically has to be face down so you don't know for sure if it's aligned properly and charging. It's hard to explain but charging is a major pain and it just won't work in a mobile car.
