I bought these for my daughter's bedroom and we are happy with them. They popped up and will stay in place without using the extra roll of glue that comes with the kit. FYI: They come with a remote control, but I don't think they have an app to control with your phone. Various come with 1 or both. We wanted that. Then there's the length. Most of them seem to have different numbers of 16.4ft stripes e.g. e.g. 1-4. These are 2 strips of 32.8 feet. I'm very glad we bought this combo length. It worked to bypass her ceiling, which is what she wanted. If you buy one with the same overall length but 4 strips of 16.4ft all 4 start at the same point so I don't see how it would work for a blanket but I can see how it would work for closets for example would. This syncs with the music, some don't. In this case, you need to point the remote control at the box. I don't know if you can get the one you don't have (I've seen it in some reviews) or how to tell for sure. It worked great for our purpose and it's a good overall length for the price. I looked at tons before I bought. Has been working without problems for almost a month. Will update the review if there is one!
