Waste of money, zero results
when I tried this product, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of results. Despite following the recommended dosage and watching my diet I did not see any difference in my weight or body composition. The only positive is that it did not give me any negative side effects. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this fat burner to anyone looking for a real solution..
