The material is so fluffy and soft and the waistband is stretchy and doesn't cut in at all. I'm 5ft 7in, wear a size 14-16 US and could get away with a big, although XL is just perfect and very comfortable. Get ready to twirl if there are little kids in your life, my 2.5 year old niece was so in love that she made me flip several times to see her move! I ordered light pink and the color is beautiful and it goes really well with a Simple Floral Fitted Flared Dress I ordered for Easter. It's guaranteed to make you feel like a princess!
