Review on CTX by Mike Carter

I like how it can be used from any device or browser (mobile/desktop) as well as having an API which makes integration with other systems easy. The UI could use some improvements but overall this has been great for our team! Not much so far - we've had no issues integrating into existing projects using their built-in plugins. Have integrated directly within slack when building out new features. Also have made custom integrations where needed through their api. We're able to easily view all tickets across many different teams at once without needing multiple apps open. This allows us more efficient management of tasks than if they were spread around several applications.
