I was looking for a second power supply for my Lenovo to leave at home and carry in my backpack on the go. All requirements were thus fully met. Its length is more than enough for what I need and I even prefer the angle of the USB-C connector (it plugs in at a right angle) compared to what I had in my laptop. There is a small gap as you can see in the picture, but that's because I have a hard case on my laptop. But it still works great.
