Poor quality product that breaks after a week of use

I bought this product because I liked the portability as I have an iPad. It worked great at first, but after a week of infrequent use (maybe 4 hours of use) the buttons stopped working properly. For example, when I pressed the @ key, I got " instead, and when I pressed the - key, I got ? instead. I'd like to replace it, but I don't have the packaging anymore. I recommend URGENT to do so DO NOT BUY this item 100% this is the biggest waste of money I repeat DO NOT BUY!
