Since it was a PS license I really wanted to like it. They're really comfortable and the mic is the perfect style. However, as others have pointed out, it's not possible to change the chat volume or microphone level. Also, the biggest disappointment is that when you turn off the headset to say, say, watch a movie or whatever, the sound doesn't reset to default - meaning the dongle has to be turned off every time you're not using it want the headset. *Update: You can toggle audio settings on PS4 to send all or only chat audio to Jars. Still annoying is the extra step when switching from headset to standard listening.
