They were really helpful with our project at hand which was to create some online training resources! The support team is very responsive when it comes time to work together towards resolving any issues or problems we may be having as they will always go above what's needed just so everything goes smoothly (and quickly!). I would highly recommend them if you're looking into getting hosting through their service provider network because there isn't much else out here right now besides GoDaddy who has terrible customer care practices overall compared theirs!!
