Love this product! I've incorporated some of these into my amateur radio projects. The controller closes the normally open contacts (K0 to K1) depending on where you set the temperature on the LED. It doesn't supply any voltage to the pins, but you can just jumper 12V to one side of the relay (K0) and when the relay closes it supplies your device with 12V on K1. Very simple. The only thing that annoys me is that there is NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL in the kit, so after a few button presses you will figure it out. (Three buttons = SET, +, -) I've been playing around with this and HOLDING the button takes you into one or more other modes to possibly set C or F, but I've never managed to stay in Fahrenheit mode . I just google from C to F and set the desired temperature. A final note is that the sensor cable is not very long (12 inches). I wish it was longer.
