The concept is very good but the product doesn't work. After installing it, we tested it thoroughly and it worked perfectly. I wore it for three weeks and then decided to test it again. That's when I discovered it was losing connection to the phone even though the app said it was connected to the phone. I dragged and rotated the device, but the defenders received no SOS signals and did not follow me, even though their phone and device application indicated they were defenders. I then tried restarting the device but it failed to connect. Those who have this device should check it regularly because in my case we all thought it was working because it indicated it was connected but it wasn't. I have lost confidence in this device and am returning it.
