The platform has been very helpful for us in managing inventory levels at different locations as well shipping logistics with multiple carriers/shippers along various routes etc., which are complex tasks without this tool we would have had difficulty handling them efficiently! Nothing so far but it's still early days yet I do not see any problems other than lack of customization options (we could make better use if there were some customizations available).

This may be because they're working hard towards releasing their own API soon - however my experience was limited only during beta testing phase when few things like customer portal integration weren't fully functional either due low traffic volume compared to what one expects after launch date; hence cannot comment regarding full functionality now!
