Didn't 'flick' closed completely. This resulted in a couple of spines breaking, but still very functional. Also beautiful. Do not regret the purchase.

The fan is lovely and I was excited when I saw it. However, I can open it up but when I take my fingers off the fan folds back up and doesn't stay open. It is difficult to keep it open and fan yourself at the same time.

Beautiful and always gets me compliments and keeps me cool and refreshed. Works great and makes a statement. Plus the tote bag is beautiful as well.

I wanted to wait a while before I reviewed so I could use it for a bit. This fan is perfect to keep in my purse when those hot flashes hit, as its not yet socially acceptable to throw all my clothes off. It comes with a nice case to keep it in. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I really can’t recommend in all good consciousnesses. So flimsy and cheap plastic and worked in worse. I recommend the little fans that fold up like a car window screen visor.

I bought it for my daughter and it broke within the first 10 minutes of her playing with it.Got a replacement, which broke within an hour.My daughter is a rather calm five-year old, who doesn’t break things.Really poor quality.

It is smaller than shown in the picture, it doesn't really look like it was made of bamboo, but the most important thing is that it can't be closed completely at the same time, I had to do it piece by piece. Really disappointed especially for the price.

This fan is beautiful. The colors are clear, the painting Is lovely and the silk is pretty. I bought this to go to an outside wedding – in the south summer's are always hot. The fan worked as well as could be expected in 95° weather dressed in your best clothes!

very sturdy compared to my other fan I have. It has come in handy with these hotflashes.I carry it in my purse and even my gym bag! Did I mention it is gorgeous too! Fancy little holder for it too. I have NO complaints.

I like to use this in the car to keep from getting motion sickness. My only qualm is that you can get something exactly like this at any 100 yen store (Asian dollar store). Unfortunately I don't have any near me so I ended up paying $10.00.

This fan comes in very stuff. I’ve been using it off an on for about a month and it is still a little uncomfortable to hold because it is so rigid. I am sure this will go away if I continue use. I might try a different style like a Spanish fan by same brand and see if it is just this particular style.

I love this fan. It's as beautiful as the photo shows and is wonderful quality. It will definitely last quite a long time. Great size to slip in your purse, and the cover protects it well. Would make a nice gift for any lady!
