I bought it for my daughter, she says she likes it. She complains that they get dirty so easily, but that's just part of the glasses. I don't know for Android but for Apple devices there is a place where you can control the brightness and if you hold it down there is a thing where you can click Night Shift. The night shift filter is very similar to what glasses offer.
