When there is a TV ad for these charcoal products and they take them off, I can't watch because it's too rough, so I bought this original style. Product. I read the directions, washed my face, dried my face, then wet my nose, applied the product, smoothed it out and set the timer for 14 minutes. As indicated in the instructions, the product went from soft and pliable to hard, like papier-mâché, and I very carefully and very slowly pulled it off my nose piece by piece. The directions say that if you have sensitive skin you will need to dampen the area a bit, but I chose to continue working gently and slowly around the edges until it disappears. Wonderful. I immediately saw that my nose and the sides of my nose looked and felt better. My pores are clearer and I really thought they were clean before so I highly recommend this product. Be gentle and take it off slowly. I would not use this any more than recommended. Try it and you will be amazed too!
