It's been very easy to integrate with our POS systems and it's made us more efficient in how we use our space. It also helps to track inventory and ensure that everything is where it should be. I like that I can check in all of my employees and make sure they are where they're supposed to be while they're working. I do not like the fact that our staff has to log into their gimbal account separately from their POS system. This was an issue when we started this transition but luckily it seems to have been resolved since then. We were able to see exactly where our staff was moving throughout the store - which helped us prioritize where to place new products.
