Great design. I have a friend who loves cats and loves this sponge. I don't have a cat, but I love her too. They can be rinsed frequently and washed in the dishwasher or washing machine when needed. They don't last forever, but you can't expect that either. We split the first pair but when my girlfriend threw away hers I bought us both two packs. I looked at Swedish kitchen towels for their low environmental impact. I'm tired of throwing away plastic sponges. Many of the so-called natural sponges also contain artificial ingredients. I first bought another cat design but found this one much prettier and will stick with it.
