I bought this chic lamp on 09/20/20/. The power supply was cut off after about a month. It was too late to return it so I tried to contact the company. There is no address, website or email on the box. Inside was a small card with an email address on it. (Not a website at all) This should be a hint. The packaging says "100% Satisfactory Service". Well, it's December 21st. and no lamp. I was told they will replace the lamp in 3-5 business days. And now it's January 2021 and there's still no lamp. But the lamp looks very good on my desk (even in the dark). Well, I have to admit that persistence paid off. I have received my new SB lamp. January 9 Better late than never. The lamp is really cool, just protect the power connector, put it on the edge or side to set the clock. Don't let the fork bend.
