I'm a tall guy 6ft 1in, 260lbs. It was extremely difficult for me to find a suitable hydro jacket. This vest is perfect. I've taken it for a few runs and am planning to use it for an ultramarathon this weekend. There are plenty of pockets and the mesh material is stretchy so you can fit plenty of nutrients or anything else you need. Excellent front pockets. Other hydration vests in this price range typically only have one pocket, and the more expensive Nathan, Salomon, and UD vests, which have two front pockets for water bottles, range from $100 to $200. That's perfect, so I have a note to make. I wish the front pockets were a bit wider. I can fit my 600ml water bottles in, but barely, and it can be a bit of a hassle to take them out and put them back in. If you have smaller bottles this is not a problem. problem and of course there is always the possibility of a water blister. All in all this is a fantastic vest at a fantastic price.
