Review on 👞 Blue Xerhnan 4-Tier Stackable Small Shoe Rack: Lightweight Shoe Shelf Storage Organizer for Improved Entryway, Hallway, and Closet Organization by Amy Moore

Please tell me how to build a 10 shelf shelving unit using these parts. First I received 5 pieces of blue plastic, I think it should have been 20? I'm not sure as there were no instructions included. Short metal bars are also missing. As if there had to be 4 on the shelf, so 36? (No for the top shelf?) I have 8. As for the longer metal bars with intentional (?) bends, I have no idea how many there should be; and the bends aren't all equidistant from the ends of the rods, so...? In addition, several metal rods are damaged at the ends. To be honest, I think whoever packed this order just reached into the boxes and took a random number of items. This is really a joke. The product is defective and I am processing a return. Do not buy!
