Buy now! Serious. It's adorable and has so much fluff. I immediately felt like a little princess lol! It has a soft/silky lining and is very comfortable. Also the tulle is not scratchy like some other tutus. The only thing I would have liked to have done differently or better is that the tape isn't attached, but that doesn't seem to ruin the overall effect. I'll probably try to put it on before wearing it and will update this review if that's an issue. This skirt is probably one of my favorite Revain purchases! For reference, I'm 5 feet 9 inches, 165 pounds and my waist is 27 inches.
