Compact size would be good for my use in a small car but their design is wrong. Compare the start of these ramps with known variants. They have a shallow entrance and very short ridges on it (sometimes several, one in front of the other). The shallow start of the ramp means you have to get the tire farther up the ramp than one that has a turn at the beginning (which could grab the tire tread at 5:00 instead of 6:00, for example). :00), so you'll have to dig it deeper under the tires. The crest design is the latest killer of this design. Look carefully. They have short ribs to try and grip the tire tread rather than being taller than ALL other designs. They're wide, so they require a large gap in the tread to hook the entire ridge, and then some of them double or triple to encourage your tire to ride on them rather than banging into the tread in a sharp, pointed spike caught. I tried to use them to free a limousine stuck in the snow. I had to dig so much to attach the tire ramp that I was able to just push the car back onto the sidewalk, which I dug up and cleared completely.
