Rough start but hear me out! I ordered this product maybe 2 months ago and it arrived COMPLETELY destroyed. This amazed me as I had ordered it before and had no problems. The support team quickly refunded my money (thanks!). I really like this shampoo because my puppy can use it too 😚 So! Yes due to Covid I couldn't reach the store so I was ready to play again with another order. This time they packed it SO well to make sure it was shipped safely that even I could barely hit it! Haha! Thank you guys! ☺ Happy, how happy! PS) I know a lot of people buy this shampoo hoping it will help them make their hair thicker or help them grow longer. Apart from the typical "oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooody. (because that shit matters most!) I have to say (based on purely personal opinion), this shampoo is definitely less processed (still processed!), but a lot smaller and seems to leave a lot less residue, if any. I've noticed less breakage and a seemingly fuller feeling of volume in my hair over the years of using it. I use it every day (maybe not the best but I haven't noticed anything negative about it!) and it always leaves my hair CLEAN and STRONG.
