I've been using this vacuum the first day I got it to remove pet hair from hardwood floors and carpets and it's been working great until today, am 18 vacuum and plugged it back in properly like I always do after each use, but this time it wouldn't turn on, I tried all the outlets in my house and there was still no power. I've decided to trust Dirty Devil to other brands because of the price and style, but I was on the verge of buying a bissell pet hair eraser and now I wish I could because this Dirty Devil only lasts a month.
