This will help stretch the tendon in the forearm as well as the fingers. The type of brace that just stretches the arm doesn't help with the tendons in the arm, which is what we needed. We've been using it daily for a few months now. We also tried the cheaper type of braces you pop, but they kept popping. This style was a bit more expensive but they are way better.
