My new laptop couldn't power this portable monitor via USB-C, and the cables are so short that I ended up using my 10-foot phone cord to power it from the wall outlet. I used the included HDMI cable for the picture. The videos look good but I mainly use this for Excel spreadsheets. I had to adjust color, contrast, sharpness, tint, etc. to be close enough to my laptop's colors (standard colors). I feel like the lettering is a little fuzzy and doesn't show up. If the quality of the letters were clearer, stronger, more contrast, and the cables were longer, I would give it a higher rating. Right now I'm thinking about going back and trying a different brand. Update: The return as text color and blur are too complex for me to look at.
