No ''soft touch'' Constantly (once a week or two) one of the headphones falls off and you have to go through the connection procedure again. It is categorically unpleasant, because I want the headphones to work like clockwork for this money After 3 months of use, the protective insert / grille fell out of the headphones, after 7 months moisture got into one of the devices and it was covered. The charging case also works with complaints, intermittently not charging one of the earbuds. Unfortunately, they cannot be returned. I advise you to take at your own risk.
