The ability to create new work items, track progress of existing ones, assign them to team members and get updates when they are complete. It's easy to use and has all the features you need for a small business. I wish it had more reporting functions. Some reports seem outdated or no longer available. There are some useful reporting options that can be created. We have used it since it was first launched in early 2018. It works well with our process flow. It's very easy for our organization to use when we need it as well as creating an environment that allows us to utilize all of its features at once time. The only thing I don't like about this product is how expensive it can be if you are not using any other software from them or they have another similar program already installed within your business. We had some issues with previous systems but now everything works great!
